RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Must be 21 or older to participate.
2. Valid government-issued photo ID with proof of age and address required to obtain a Seneca Players Club Card.
3. There is no cost to become a member.
4. Benefits are intended for the use of the person listed on the account and have no cash value.
5. Membership is nontransferable and may be
canceled at the discretion of Seneca Allegany
Casino & Hotel.
6. Only one membership per person.
7. Gratuities are not included.
8. To redeem comps and benefits, Seneca Players Club Card and valid picture identification must be presented.
9. Points expire after 12 months from your last date of play.
10. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly insert the Seneca Players Club Card into the machine when playing slots. When playing table games please present your Card to a Table Games Supervisor to ensure proper rating.
11. Seneca Players Club Card remains the property of Seneca Allegany Casino & Hotel. Seneca Allegany Casino & Hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, misused Cards or comps redeemed.
12. Seneca Allegany Casino & Hotel management reserves the right to cancel, revoke, amend or modify this program at any time.
13. Seneca Players Club Cards are the property of Seneca Allegany Casino & Hotel and may be revoked or canceled at any time. Fraudulent use of the Card, including point theft, will result in loss of Seneca Players Club membership and all privileges may be permanently revoked.
14. Participation in offers grants permission for promotional use of names and photographs.
15. Members’ use of the card indicates
acceptance of the foregoing rules and all the
terms and conditions of the Seneca Players Club.
16. Individuals prohibited from gambling by the SGA or SGO will not be eligible to participate in the Seneca Club Players Card program.
17. Gaming day is 6:00 a.m. – 5:59 a.m.
