RANDOLPH RESIDENT WINS AT CARIBBEAN STUD POKER
Salamanca, NY, January 22, 2005 - The 65-degree weather on January 13 in Salamanca was nearly as warm as it was in the Caribbean. For John Sampson of Randolph, NY, the warm weather brought a lucky hand at Seneca Allegany Casino's Caribbean Stud Progressive Poker table. The 47-year-old won $125,464.
Caribbean Stud Poker players have the option of placing a one dollar progressive jackpot wager prior to the cards being dealt. This bet pays off for hands of a flush or higher according to the Casino's posted payout. If a player is dealt a royal flush, they receive 100 percent of the jackpot meter.
